We are a translation agency in Pendik (Yenişehir, Asian side of Istanbul). We prepare sworn and notarized translations of your documents, and we provide the certified interpreter you'll need for notary appointments. English spoken.
Passports, birth certificates, diplomas, police clearance, bank statements — translated into Turkish with an official sworn translator's stamp, usually the same day.
Some offices (land registry, courts, marriage office) require the translation to be certified by a Turkish notary as well. We handle the notary step for you.
If you don't speak Turkish, Turkish law requires a sworn interpreter to be present when you sign anything at a notary. We arrange the interpreter for your appointment.
Residence permit, work permit, marriage, vehicle or property purchase — we tell you which documents need translation, which need notarization, and in what order.
A short, practical overview. Rules can vary between notary offices, so treat this as orientation — and feel free to ask us about your specific case.
A noter (notary public) is a state-licensed office that certifies documents and signatures. In Turkey, many everyday transactions go through a notary: giving someone power of attorney, certifying copies of documents, signature declarations, some vehicle sales, and consent letters for children travelling abroad.
If you don't speak Turkish, the notary cannot let you sign a document alone — a sworn interpreter must attend, translate the document orally, and co-sign. This protects you: you should never sign something you haven't understood. Book the interpreter before your appointment; we can provide one at any notary in the Pendik area.
Power of attorney (vekaletname): lets a lawyer, relative or consultant act for you — for example in a property purchase or residence application. Done at the notary with an interpreter, usually in under an hour.
Vehicle purchase or sale: handled at the notary in Turkey. You'll need your passport with translation, tax number, and an interpreter if you don't speak Turkish.
Marriage paperwork: the marriage office will ask for translated and (usually) notarized versions of your birth certificate and certificate of no impediment. Requirements differ by nationality — ask us or your local marriage office.
You pay two separate things: the translation fee (to us, quoted in advance) and the notary's official fee (set by the national tariff, paid at the notary, with a receipt). No hidden charges on either side.
Four steps — most documents done in a single day, and you can handle the whole thing from your phone.
